What You'll Make

Pour a tea-scented candle in a teacup or mug (equal parts functional and beautiful!). Choose from a thoughtfully curated menu of tea-inspired fragrance oils:

• Lavender
• Rose
• White tea
• Bergamot
• Chai
• and more!

Blend your favorites to create a scent that’s uniquely yours.

Want to make it extra pretty? You'll have the option to add delicate embellishments like dried flowers, crystals, cinnamon sticks, or star anise to your candle.

Your ticket includes:

• all supplies and equipment needed to create one tea-scented candle (up to 10oz).
• friendly step-by-step instruction from Courtney, owner and candlemaker of celyse studio.
• light bites and tea samples during the workshop.
  

This is a bring-your-own-vessel class and you have two options:

• Option 1: Bring your own teacup or mug
  Make your candle extra personal by using a piece you love.
  Requirements:
  • Up to 10 oz
  • Made of ceramic, glass, porcelain, or metal
  • No plastic (it will melt!)
• Option 2: Purchase a teacup from laTEAda
  Prefer something new? You can purchase a teacup from laTEAda on the day of the workshop.

Your candle will need about 30 minutes to cool and set before it’s ready to travel home. We invite you to enjoy your favorite tea and food from laTEAda's delicious menu and chat with other class-goers while you wait.

Please note food and drink beyond the light tea party bites and tea samples is not included with your ticket. We appreciate laTEAda opening their venue for this class and encourage everyone to order from their delicious menu while you craft.

This class is designed to feel like a calm and creative pause in your week. Bring a friend (or two!), or come solo and make new friends! We can't wait to craft with you!
